In accordance with the applicable legislation and articles 12 and 13 of the Company's Articles of Association, the shareholders of TROPIGALIA S.A., with registered office at Av. de Angola, 2732, Maputo, registered at the Maputo Legal Entities Registry Office with number 101891267, with share capital of 610,515,300.00 MT (six hundred and ten million, five hundred and fifteen thousand and three hundred Meticais), met at an Ordinary General Assembly, on April 29, 2023 at 8:00 am, at the Logistics Center de Muntanhana, Estrada Circular, in Marracuene, with the following agenda:
1. Presentation and approval of the Accounts Report, for the year ended December 31, 2022;
2. Presentation and approval of the proposal for application of results; 3. Consideration of the resignation letter presented by a member of the Board of Directors and election of a new member of the Board of Directors; 4. Election of the members of the Supervisory Board for the period from January 1st to December 31st, 2023; 5. Other matters. |

ARTICLE THIRTEENTH
(Meetings and representation)
One) The General Assembly will meet, in an ordinary session and within the period defined by law, to evaluate and approve the report and accounts for the year, as well as to deliberate on any other matters included in the respective notice, and, in an extraordinary session , whenever called upon to do so.
Two) Shareholders who wish to participate in General Meetings must present, up to 15 (fifteen) days before the date designated for the respective meeting, a certificate issued by a financial intermediary where the respective share ownership registration account is open, proving their status as shareholder and indicating the number of shares held by the shareholder.
Three) Shareholders may be represented at General Assembly meetings by the people they designate for that purpose, in accordance with current legislation, and must indicate the powers conferred, by means of a power of attorney granted in writing or by simple letter addressed to the Chairman of the Board. of the General Meeting, and delivered to the company's registered office up to 5 (five) days before the date of the meeting.
